CSML Realtors was formed in December 2016,at Salem, in partnership with Mr Anbalagan,Er Anbu Sivaalagan,Er Anbu Sivapriyan,with an aim of providing affordable housing at premium quality for the rural. Under the patronage of Mr S Anbalagan,who is a pioneer in real estate developments at Salem,we strive towards achieving our goal and venture into construction of buildings other than residential. We have so far developed and regularised more than 15 Lakhs Sq Ft of real estate developments and Construction projects in Residential and Institutional Buildings,at Salem,Dharmapuri,Namakkal. We have another 5 Lakhs sq ft of developments under process to develop and regularise.

Born in June 1958,he is a pioneer and visionary in the field of Real Estate and Education,having developed and sold around 10 Lakh Sq Ft in Salem and Dharmapuri Districts of Tamil Nadu.His vision is our aim towards achieving affordable housing at premium quality for the rural and also he chairs the trust under whose skilled predicament helps us in developing education in rural areas for the years to come.He also have had helped students in pursuing their higher education and choosing their career with utmost sincerity and gratitude towards the students and their family.
Born in October 1991,He completed his schooling at Malco Vidyalaya Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Mettur Dam, and went on to pursue his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil at College of Engineering,Guindy having completed his UG in 2013. After his studies he worked under highly qualified engineers in various fields of Civil engineering and shared his vision with his father Mr S Anbalagan in the field of Engineering,Construction and Education.
